For 2022, our “Keeping it Alive” emails are meant to
offer ideas you can use to build your team.

Try this exercise with your team when they’re all in the office.
Ask each team member to:
  1. Ask each team member what their favorite “ingredient” is in their leading color.
  2. Ask each team member what the most challenging “ingredient” is in their opposite color.
  3. Share it all and determine one action the team could take to “make them tick” more effectively.
